Process

Some moments captured through our time in Sottochiesa, researching, thinking and reflecting.

Walking was a primary form of research, collecting local grasses and plants to learn about the local ecology, and familiarize ourselves with the greater topography of the Taleggio Valley.

Observing cattle and eating local cheese/foods were experiential ways we learned about “cheese chain” and the circular economy works of Taleggio, Strachitunt, Formagella, Roccolo and other regional cheeses.

We prototyped the “Dream to Table” interactive exhibition through a series of drawings and models.

Lastly, we immersed ourselves in the daily life of Sottochiesa, communing with nature, the town and others.
